This is the first mission for the highly awaited Star Trek Armada 2.5 mod. It also comes with a 2 player map as well.


This is a sample mission from STA2.5 Final. I hope you all like it. I'm also including a bonus two player map.


Install:
Just put all the files in their corresponding folders.

First off, I love this mod and I can't wait for the final version with the rest of the textures. I downloaded this mission, installed it, then went to go play it. Armada 2 crashed. Did I do something wrong?

Hmm... First, do you have all the patches? Second, did you put all the files in the correct place? Putting the odfs in the right folder is very important.

I have all the patches except for the third one because I don't know anything about RAR files

Well, you have to have the third on for it to work.


RAR files aren't much different from zip files in terms of opening them. All you need is to download WinRAR. It is used almost exactly like WinZip.

Thanks! I got it to work and I have to say, it is awesome! The only problem is the research station so I can't complete the mission. It was also harder than the regular one. I can't wait for the rest of this mod!

I forgot about the research station. It was disabled for STA2.5 Beta, but I've enabled for STA2.5 Final.

Actually WinRAR is better than WinZip cos it can extract Zip files aswell as RAR files, WinZip can't extract RAR files..Just thought I'd add that little nugget of triviality.
