Ok, so the title is confusing. This will correct some errors in Nate's Patch (1.0) that was released a few days ago. Consult the Readme for the changes.

fixes my torpedo mistake so you can play w/ the romulans worrie free! woooo

and a few other... balances we'll call them.
something i left out of the other reedme was that it increased the boarding party streangth of assut ships, i just had to say that

thought your improvements were sweet. very good job. however, you can recrew and repair a damaged cube except for the hull damage, is this on purpose? And a description of the cube in it's drop down window says it has regenerative capabilities (i assume like the sphere) but it never does it. Overall very nice!

yeah i never thought about messing with the tooltips, i didnt pay attention cuz im never the borg but that cube thing is puzzling. it was not my intention. my email is if you want to email me, i can explain a few things and fix and send files with the right tooltips for you if you cant do it yourself. but now that you bring that to my attention the tactical cube discription is messed up too. i dont know how to fix that cube hull thing tho. sorry
