10 Second Starbases
Ever yell at your construction ships to build faster? Luke has too, so he has made a mod that will alter the construction time of every starbase to just 10 seconds
To Install the 10 second Starbases do the following
Extract the files into the folder that has got this zip file in
then go into that folder and copy everything in it and paste them
into your Star Trek Armada II directory
Then You will the starbases with 10 Seconds build time
