Odd. I would then see if you can get hold of a download on the developers site, or finding it on another site. Sorry i cant help any more then that.

Good editor, but if you use this to change any colony ship crew cost to zero, you wont be able to colonize a planet as it changes the starting crew also. It is better to edit the crew cost using notepad, but still, this thing ROCKS! Rock

Hey yall. I am new to the site.....sort of. Been coming here for some time with STA1 to get some mods. Loved everyone of them. Now I have STA2 and came back for more. This tool is awesome. I have just got done playing around with it and now my federation orbital processing station now doubles as an orbital defense platform. I would like to get into modding more thoroughly so any advise is surely welcomed.
