It's a figure of speech, many heavily modded games get a massive tutorial which people call the modders bible.

I play A1 and I was wondering if there was a way to see hardpoint maps for each ship. I would like to add weapons to various starships (a photon added onto an akira i.e.) and I'm not having much success.
