Some time back in the midst of 2007, a contest was announced and...time perhaps got a bit out of control and all whirly and obscure. So, it's 2008 and the contest is now concluded. Three outstanding entries, but just one winner. FahreS nipped to the finish line first claiming the most staff votes and certainly does so in style. The Turnstile is a simply lovely station that really has everything; weapons, construction...errr....stationy...stuff. It looks different, whilst fitting in perfectly with the Federation style imbued within it. The quality is certainly not amiss looking absolutely fantastic.

Content includes admirals pic, build button and wireframe along with those fabled Borg textures. The end result is something that looks great in game, can certainly hold its own and is a great starbase, able to produce essential craft (battleships and frigates and repair them) in times of need. Altogether, a fantastic download and definitely worthy of being the contest winner.

2. Choose a construction ship, which should build this yard.
The stock construction ship of the federation is fconst.odf and is located here:
"...\Activision\Star Trek Armada II\odf\ships"

-Open fconst.odf with your Windows Texteditor (Notepad) or another Program like this.
Have a look for the text:

buildItem11 = "ftrading"
buildItem12 = "fupgrade"

-Write under this entry: buildItem13 = "fwcntstati"

INFORMATION: If there is already an entry with buildItem13, then choose another ship, because this is full.

-Save the file and close it.

3.-Choose the directory: "...\Activision\Star Trek Armada II\techtree".
Open the file "fulltech.tt" with the Windows Texteditor and search "fbattle.odf 0".
-Write under this entry:

fwcntstati.odf 0

-Save the file and close it.


-Do not change the directory but open the file "tech1.tt" with the Texteditor.
Search following Entry:

Ive tested it again and it worked well. Please make sure that the station's odf is called fwcntstati.odf and the SOD fwcntstati.sod

That helps. I rechecked the sod file and found the file for the station was in a separate folder. It looks great albeit a bit small when installed in Ghost's Compiliation mod. I'm gonna resize it. Thanks for the help.
