Deckrk Class
Well, going by the screenshots (of which I had to convert from .bmp to .jpg - I wish people would read the submission rules and abide by them). Anyhow, this appears to be your average Romulan Repair ship, though with a lot more going for it. Torpedoes, a Cloak (I don't believe the stock Romulan Repair Ship has this, and pulse weapons.

Replace The x With The Number Ship It Is
Then Go To Fulltech And tech1 and add
rdec.odf 0
To The Romulan Section
Then Go To The Weapon Sprite And Add
