Not Bad, but not sure about the Class, Should it not be a Voodieh Variant? - For those of you that are wondering about this, there is no Negh'var Class - Thats the Voodieh Class, the I.K.S. Negh'Var was simply the name of Gowron / martok's flagship!

The Federation does that. The USS Prometheus was the first of its class. All ships that are the first of their class are given that name. USS Defiant, USS Intrepid, USS Sovereign...etc, etc.

the First Sovereign Class was the USS Enterprise-E ;-)

Whilst the Ent-E was the first ship to be commissioned of the Sovereign class, the Sovereign itself was completed before hand.


I forgot to mention that the ship is also very nice, expect an email shortly :-)

At what point is it mentioned that the Enterprise-E is the first and / or only Sovereign class about? - if this was the case would they not have named her the Enterprise Class, or Enterprise-E Class (there would be no reason for her to be called the Sovereign)!


if you are to say that they wouldn't name a class as 'Enterprise' then maybe it would have made more sense for Starfleet to give the 'Enterprise-E' name to another class of ship!

Then why is the NX-Class called NX-Class when the Enterprise NX-01 was the first of that class and there is a USS Sovereign that is why it is called Sovereign-Class. and SHERMAN2 the Enterprise-E was the first Sovereign Class shown on-screen. The Sovereign class was planned in the 2360s as a response to the Borg threat along the saber, akira , steamrunner and defiant classes but was put in production as the dominion emerged

i disagree with the rewiver come on release more ToS like Klingon ships (simple looks, focused on weapons and looking like theyll kick your ass)
