D-16 "KLsarza" Escort
Well, it's rare to get a single Klingon ship but two at the same time...nice one Terradhyne! Another older design but I belive this is better then the other. Obviously based off the D-7 designs, it's longer neck but built up main hull make it a dominating sight in-game, where you should put this very quickly. This ship has lot's of nice points and I can see few, if any, flaws to it. Obviously, the long neck will be a weakness but it's a Klingon ship, it's bound to be able to make up for this with it's sheer amount of weapons!
At a low-ish poly count, you can expect to have quite a few of these TOS ships on screen, recommended for guarding your poorly armed mining ships or resource stations as these ship's look as if they could hold out long enough for your big'uns to arrive and thwart the enemy, Klingon style. The aft section, as mentioned above, has quite a bit of style to it and particularly from behind, it doesn't look like your traditional Klingon ship, however it's nothing bad, so enjoy it.

how to install??
ships odf goes into odf\ships folder
tgas go into textures\rgb folder
sods go into SOD folder
add this to any shipyard odf buildlist:
buildItemxx = "shipname" (XX = 01-12) (shipname = ships odf name)
add this to the tech1.tt:
shipname.odf 0 (shipname = ships odf name)
and add this to gui global.spr:
b_shipname gbshipname 0 0 64 64 (shipname = ships odf name)
