This mod takes the Cardassian drones weapon and modifies them to suit the look of the Ancients' weapon from Stargate. Not a bad first mod from Grodie. Worth a look.

This is my version of the Ancient drone weapons from from the stargate franchise.

Unlike any of its predecessors these drones will pass through shields and damage the hull of any targate.

This also includes drone weapons for puddle jumpers.

This is my first mod.

Instalation:

Put the files in their corasponding folders

then

put this line in tech1 and fulltech: droneweapon.odf 0

put this in the weapon sprite:

@reference=256
@tmaterial=additive
wdroneweapon wdroneweapon 0 0 256 256

-------------------------------------------------

Then just add to a ship and enjoy.

not bad for a first mod! looks pretty good, could use some work, but still, nicely done, keep up the good work!

...this is a good attempt of the Ancient drone weapon. Well done, however you could scale the size down a bit....there a bit too big.. ;-) ....

Believe me I tried. For some reason those darn drone wont shrink :mad:

is there any way to make the weapons animated so the drones go in a wavey course like in the show or is that a stupid question?
