To instal place the file bbase into the folder C:\Program Files\Activision\Star Trek Armada II\odf\other folder
ALSO I made this mod on a demo version, please notify me if it doesn't work on the full version!

Whatever works for the demo should work for the mod. The only thing really stopping people from modding the demo version is the anti-mod checksafe for the ship odf folder, which is circumvented by placing ships into the station odf folder, which overrides the ship odf folder. I've even (manually, of course) installed the Borg Incursion 2 mod onto the demo, but there is glitching; singleplayer works (the first fed mission), but instant action only works if you are fed vs fed, or borg vs fed, you being first race.

Could you not just remove the check itself manually?

soz it taken me so long to reply i been busy, i am having an operation!! I have no idea it has a checksafe!! I am currently working on retexturing the stock soverign!!

Well i always use this way:

Make an .txt file named rbattle for example.

Then, change the .txt into .odf.

Open the original rbattle.odf with Notepad and you can then copy all the text that's in there, and paste it into your rbattle.odf. Now you can edit it without checksafe!

Commenting is currently disabled.
