Place The fe4phas.odf and fe4phaso.odf Files In The Phasers Folder
Then Open fulltech.tt and tech1.tt and add fe4phas.odf 0 To The Federation Weapons Section
Then Go To The ART PARAMETERS & WEAPON NAMES Section Of The odf File Of The Ship
You Whant To Add The E4 Phasers To And Put
weaponx = "fe4phas"
weaponHardpointsx = "hp25"
Replace The x With The Number Weapon It Is And Your Ready To Use E4 Phasers

hi, can you give a discription of what this phaser does, is it stronger, are will it ignor sheild? that sort of thing 8)

It's Stronger Than The Normal Phasers It Got A Damage Base Of 123 and Has A Longer Firing Range
