Species 8472 Battlecruiser
Hey hey, another welcome surprise - a Species 8472 ship. There have been the odd few 8472 mods flying around the last few months but I still think we need more to enhance the race and this ship helps that out a lot!!. This is the 8472 Battlecruiser, it is a kitbash between the Battleship and Cruiser - makes sense to call it the Battlecruiser then I guess 
. Personally this thing kinda freaks me out, which is good. Why? well the front of the ship looks like 4 large arachnid's fangs..as if the battlecruiser is gonna eat your ships . Seriously, the model is pretty good. It does incorporate the better parts of both the Cruiser and Battleship although it is more akin to the Cruiser than the Battleship.. It is not as big or as intimidating as the Battleship but it's got enough bite to do a lot of damage. A very nice ship thats worth downloading.

Although not as powerful as the more familiar Species 8472 Battleship, this organism can still pack a punch.
Installation:
1. Extract all files to their respective folders.
2. Find the file gui_global.spr in the sprites directory and add the lines in their
respective places.
Under Species 8472 build buttons:
b_8472_battle2 gb8472_battle2 0 0 64 64
Under Species 8472 wireframes:
@reference=64
8472_battle2w1 8472battle2W 0 0 64 64
3. Find the file 8472_FluidicGate.odf and add the following under the last build
item.
buildItemX = "8472_battle2"
NOTE: X is the number after the last thing the Fluidic Gate can build.
4. Find and edit all relevant techtree files and add the following lines in the
respective files and their respective places.
tech1.tt, nospweap.tt & earlytech.tt:

5. Play the game as Species 8472 and RAPE THEM ALL!
