The Luna Class
--------------------

This vessel, for those of you that don't know it, is suppose to be the Class of vessel used and given to Riker.

The USS Titan would be of this Class. Though it has yet to be seen on screen, it is the ship that goes with the books, and it has been recognised by Paramount, thus, in theory, making her 'canon'.

Information
--------------------

I am well aware that this model is nowhere near perfect. That is something that (I hope) will be corrected in time. By that, I mean I hope that someone will get some inspiration from this model, and will make a better one.

She fits in to the stock A2 and replaces the Aegean Class (I saw it a worthy fit), though there may be some scaling issues, though that is easy enough to change.

If anyone is going to be taking any "beauty" shots with this, I suggest doing so from the rear. The reason being the textures aren't perfect on the saucer, and would no doubt spoil the picture.

Please also note, this doesn't come with any of the 'accessories'. No New Build Button, No New Wireframe, and No New Admirals Pic. Sorry, but I just don't have the time.

Credits

Well, the inspiration came from a model done by Lord_Trekie. The Pulsar Class (some of you may know it). For those that don't. It can be found: http://armada2.filefront.com/file/Pulsar_Class;71353

The Hull (Engineering Section) of the model was originally by Queball, as were the textures. The Hull however was reduced by Major A Payne.

The Saucer, Weapons and Pylons were from the Pulsar Class, though reworked / reshaped by me to give the Luna fit.

And finally, the nacelles, which come from the Akira Class by Rick Knox.

The reworked model, re-applied textures, and light maps were done by me.
