Here we have two fighters from Darkrenamon. They are basically two small versions of the stock Akira and Defiant. To be honest it's not a bad mod for someone new but I'm being honest and in saying that - the same effect could have been achieved by a simple ODF change which is why I think a retexture would have suited this mod alot especially since the SODs are hex edited to have differently named texture files. Another suggestion to give them the real effect of a fighter is they should have their own physics file that has the maxRoll, turnRadius, pitchRotationSpeed,etc...modified to behave as a fighter does. Also I think they are a bit big to be considered fighters so a change to the ScaleSOD. Maybe this could be done for a 1.1 release?

Anyways as I said in the opening, it's not a bad mod for someone new...keep up the work Thumbsup

i will make this better in the next time. i will make the ships smaller and write a physics file for this. when i finish with this. i will send the files to you please write me on the comments.

Try changing the textures a bit aswell, also reconsider the Akira as a Fighter, it just doesn't seem right..maybe try putting the Incursion Class as a Fighter instead

I think the Akira is quite a cool idea for a fighter. Same weapon lay-out, okay significantly reduced, but could work. The Defiant basically IS a fighter anyhow. Nice idea.

The Defiant is officially classified as an escort. It's probably best classified as a fast-attack destroyer, though. Calling it a fighter makes a Klingon Bird of Prey a fighter too. I'll let YOU explain that to the Klingons.... ;-)
