A cool design by Interstellar Machine that resembles an Akira with its nacelles cut off Biggrin

Worth a download, one of the best of Interstellar's ships yet Smile

to install, unzip into your primary Armada II directory
to uninstall, reinstall the game or have backup copies of the overwritten files and replace them.

You may use this ship in your mod, or kitbash it or what ever. Only let me know if you come up with something really good so that I can have fun with it too.

Interstella Machine. I can only say, that after close viewing of this model I was extremely impressed. The mesh (whilst having some very minor gaps which can only be seen on very close inspection), is of a design which I particularly like (I'm sort of a minor fan of the steamrunner class). As such, and if you want it please give me a yell, I've updated your main texture to include "grilled" effect and instead of the blue running through the nacelles I've added a red buzzard section to the front. I've also swapped over the pod for a modified pod from the Miranda class (so it has the torpedo firing points). Lastly I've also added an impulse engine at the back of the saucer part. It adds about 30 polys on with the replaced parts. The deflector is also slightly different as well.

Yeah man, if you've improved it, I would like to have it. If you want to e-mail it to me, that would be great. Or even post it some where that would be fine too. I was going to make the buzzards red in front, but I put in those orange triangle grill things toward the front of the engines hoping that would suffice. The only other thing I had a problem with was putting a decent name and registry on the saucer that wasn't pixelized. Thanks for the review.
