This is Pneumonic81's excellent Sovereign Class, originally for Bridge Commander, converted to SFC III, and now converted to Armada II. This is one the best sov models out there, if not the best. Note that it is high poly, so make sure youve got the system power to run this. Thanks to Michael Kelly for converting this ship to Armada 2.

The poly count is high but my PC doesn't seem to care I played the level inferno with this which gives you about 20 sovereigns at the start and I still built more.


my PC:


1.27 gigahert processor

728 megs of ram

128 meg graphics card

60 gigs of harddrive


My pc isn't exactly a power PC but it will able to handel 30 of these without lag!

The ship's weapons aren't in the weapons folder! If you check out the odf you'll see that neither the phasers nor the torpedoes are actually in the odf/weapons game file! So, there are 2 things you can do:


-copy the .tga files and the .sod file and NOT include the odf one or

-copy all the files and edit the fbattle.odf file so as to replace those weapons with whatever armaments you want ;-)

Yeah I knew the Ship! Long long time ago in a Galayx far...oh eh that's something else :D ! No, i still have the Bridge Commander Version on my PC and P81 was/is one of the best Modders in the BC Community! :thumbsup:
