INSTALLATION

1. Copy the folders into the Armada 2 folder except for HP Maps. (Don't worry the missiles aren't called "missile"
so it won't override other missiles you have installed)

2. Open your gui_global.spr in the misc folder and scroll down to where is says

# Federation build buttons
@reference=128
@tmaterial=default

copy this line right below the @reference=64 line

b_fa-37 gbfa37 0 0 64 64

Then Go
# Special weapon buttons
@reference=64

@tmaterial=interface

copy these line right below the @tmaterial=interface line

b_fa37combatspeed fa37combatspeed 0 0 64 64
b_fa37hyperspeed fa37hyperspeed 0 0 64 64


3. Then scroll down to # Federation reference wireframes under the lines:
@reference=128
@tmaterial=interface

now add

fa-37w1 wffa37 0 0 128 128

fa-37aw1 wffa37a 0 0 128 128


4. Open tech1.tt and fulltech.tt in the techtrees folder and add to each file

fa-37.odf 0
fa-37a.odf 0
fa37hyperspeed.odf 0
fa37combatspeed.odf 0


5. Next open a shipyard file and add

buildItemX = "fa-37"


where X is the next available number


6. Open the emitter file in Sprites and ad the line under and at the bottom add

7. Open the Weapon file in Sprites and add these lines under # Federation pulse phaser:

Very good attempt and considering the poly count I would say that the only thing that lets this down is its not quite accurate (although pretty close) and the textures could use a more detail. Still gets an 8/10 from me.

Wroking On The Hammerhead, although isa a tough ship, since I need to keep it low poly as well, I wish I could make better textures too. like Greator's X-301, they would have been perfect for this. Oh well

Why would you have to keep in Low Polly? After all, It's a beautiful plane. Would be a shame to cut the looks on count of pollies.

I kept it low poly because it is a small "ship" and when ships are small, people expect hundreds for them to be able to be used in the game

Hey, if it isn't to much trouble, could you make an X-49 Night Raven for us? It's a playable aircraft from a game called Ace Combat 3 and it's very powerful and fitting for the 24th century. plz make it for us pleeeeez.
