This is a new Cardassian Ship design from Adm. Stacks. The Detapa Class is an excellent addition to your Cardassian Fleet. It is designed to be a heavy battleship and does not disappoint. This package comes with everything you need, including new weapons, Borg textures and the original mesh in ms3d format. – K7A

When the Federation and Klingons ended their occupation of the Cardassian Union. Central Command ordered 2 new battleship prototypes. The winner of the contest was the mighty Hutet. The Detapa being a capable ship in it's own right was refit into a fleet command battleship. They are armed with several multi-targeting phasers 'borrowed' from the Federation and a more powerful plasma bank, and command and control systems that increase the combat abilities of nearby allied ships.

INSTALLATION
unzip (and overwrite if computer asks)
IF your game is modded, then unzip into a seperate folder and manually install it.


KNOWN BUG:
no team colors... cause i hate team color :)
AND the special weapon texture overwrites a stock texture...make a back up of Wdeathch.tga

Very nice work D. Great model/texture. Is it meant to be darker/did you set the !alpha_phong! settings like that? Just asking cause I'd like it to be lighter. Other than that, no problems.


About the selection reticals/bubbles... Are they what I think? Did you make a new grafix for the bubble? If so, groundbreaking work. I was thinking of something like that, now you seem to have done it. Good job.

The textures are darker than normal. It is not a new selection circle, but instead the effect of the ships special weapon.

It's a little too dark fer Cardie ships, but looks cool none-the-less.
