This map is basicaly the solar system with a few wierd additions (eg borg transwarp portal etc).


Installation instructions.

this is my first map. it is basicaly the solar system with a few wierd additions (eg
borg transwarp portal etc). all players start in the centre so i suggest you start
with a ceasefire.(i dont know how to set start positions)
Ok, this is pretty simple. save this into your bzn folder in the Armada directory,
then unzip.make sure the actual bzn file (mp06earth) goes into the armada bzn
folder. if there are any problems then email me at andrewg.hopper@virgin.net

solution to set start positions:

alt ( keyboard ) + left click ( mouse ) -- creates point

double click point created

leave settings as one way

change name to "Camera_1" ( case sensative ) -- sets first player position

repeat for all starting locations


note - don't forget to unselect point after creating it ( right click off of point )

- this will only create starting locations

- if you place a second point overtop the first point, naming it the same thing ( Camera_1 ), you MIGHT be able to select the starting locations in the game setup window

It's a good map!

My first was not the best, but I'm sure that they will get better as my skill grows.

Heh, if he gets better, he'll go on to become a legendary map maker. This is pretty good, first attempt or no! Just get a few teething problems out of the way and it's a solid map.
