wow i cant think of a worser description in connection with no pic. why bother to dl this with such instructions?

Which is another reason it didn't get much attention from us. When people can't be assed to follow the submission instructions it doesn't exactly motivate us to do much more than the minimum required to host the file.


7zip (http://www.7zip.org) is capable of opening RAR files, and its free.
